General Terms and Conditions of Sale for SAS The Bike Chain

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the sale of bikes and related accessories (“Products”) by the bike shop to customers who purchase the Products for personal use only. These Terms also apply to the rental of bikes and related accessories (“Rental Products”) by the bike shop to customers who rent the Rental Products for personal use only.

2. Orders and Payment

Customers may place orders for Products or Rental Products in-store or online. Payment for the Products or Rental Products is due at the time of purchase or rental, unless otherwise agreed upon by the bike shop and customer. The bike shop accepts cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as indicated in-store or online.

3. Delivery and Pickup

Customers who purchase Products may pick up their orders in-store or arrange for delivery as agreed upon with the bike shop. Customers who rent Rental Products may pick up their orders in-store or arrange for delivery and pickup as agreed upon with the bike shop.

4. Returns and Refunds

Customers who purchase Products may return their orders within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the Products are in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers who rent Rental Products may return their orders at the end of the rental period as agreed upon with the bike shop.

5. Warranty and Liability

The bike shop provides a limited warranty on its Products and Rental Products, as described in the product documentation and/or rental agreement. The bike shop is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of its Products or Rental Products, except as required by law.
